Jacob "Jake" Dalman

Biography at a Glance

Jake Dalman joined the Daniels Undergraduate Programs team as assistant director in January 2026. He works closely with undergraduate students, advisors and campus partners to help students navigate academic requirements, resolve questions and stay on track toward graduation. Before joining Daniels, Jake spent several years in the University of Wyoming’s College of Business, most recently as assistant director in the Peter M. and Paula Green Johnson Student Success Center, where he supported advising operations, helped train staff and worked with students on complex academic and enrollment issues. Across his roles in advising and enrollment, Jake focused on making processes clearer and more approachable, so students could spend less time navigating systems and more time focusing on their goals.
