Bo Storozuk
Bo Storozuk is a globally experienced learning and organizational development leader who designs transformative learning experiences that spark growth in individuals, teams, and systems. At GHD, a global professional services firm, he leads the development of learning solutions for complex organizational challenges. His work includes designing and delivering the enterprise-wide leadership development portfolio, facilitating global leadership forums across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, and leading the design and execution of Technical Services Conferences that showcase innovation, technical excellence, and client-centric solutions.
Bo brings a systems-oriented mindset to performance needs analysis, strategic alignment, and cultural evolution. His work is grounded in adult development theory and learning strategy, and his approach blends horizontal skill-building with vertical development to expand learners’ capacity for complexity, adaptability, and impact. He is passionate about facilitation and crafting meaningful learning experiences that foster growth, inclusion, and wellbeing – both individually and across organizations.
Bo serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, contributing to executive education programs such as the Accelerated Leadership Experience, Rocky Mountain Advanced Leadership Academy, and other customized leadership programs for various organizations. He is an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner and holds certifications in Korn Ferry’s Leadership Solution and 360 Leadership Coaching. Bo holds an International MBA from the Daniels College of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.
