Ayesha helps to enable agility, resilience and insights in leadership. For over 15 years, she walked an ambitious path as an educator, L&D consultant, facilitator, performance coach and mentor across the globe.

She has solid national and international experience designing and delivering learning solutions to develop corporate as well as academic leadership capabilities. Using insightful language and neuroscience-based strategies, she facilitates a safe, positive and solution-focused work environment to foster business objectives.

A few of Ayesha’s accomplishments include speaking at the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) Convention 2021, the HRLEADer Online Summit 2020, a TEDx Talk 2019, the Global Speakers Summit 2018, and the Philippine International Leadership Symposium in 2018. She delivered blended facilitation sessions for over 5,000 participants from all six continents. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Leadership of Corporate Finance at UOW and working on her second book. Her most recent personal achievement is the brain science-based personal leadership book, “Mindspeed – how ambitious leaders cleverly use their minds over time and energy,” published in November 2020.

Ayesha Jahan is a strategic thinker. She is obsessed with helping others to foresee the “big impact” and to plan the small steps toward it. In her speaking, writing coaching or mentoring, her number one intention is to direct people’s perspectives toward the future, as many are stuck in the past or present—and, thus, confused. In short, she calls it to drive mind, speed success, live better!
