Biography at a Glance

Adam Fiedor is a member of the Reiman School of Finance Advisory Board at the Daniels College of Business.

With nearly fifteen years of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance experience, Adam is a Managing Director for GLC Advisors & Co., LLC. Adam specializes in M&A, debt and equity financings, and other strategic advisory assignments for financial institutions. He has been regularly ranked among the nation’s most active M&A bankers in the financial services space by SNL Financial LC.

Previously, Adam was a Director with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC and a Principal / Shareholder of St. Charles Capital, LLC (acquired by KPMG in 2014) where he advised numerous financial service companies including community banks, asset management firms, and insurance companies. Prior to St. Charles Capital, LLC, Adam worked as an Associate Director in the Financial Sponsors and Leverage Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank.

In 2015, in was Adam was selected by the M&A Advisor as one of the “40 Under 40.” He is also an advisory board member of the Cottonwood Institute, a non-profit organization focused on inspiring students to change the world through adventure, wilderness survival, and environmental service.
