The University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business today announced that U.S. News & World Report ranked the Master of Science and Executive Master of Science degrees offered by the College’s Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management No. 36 out of 242 online business programs, rising more than 30 spots from 2013.

The Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management was founded in 1938 as the Building Industry and Real Estate BIRE Program. In 1947, the program was renamed the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management (RECM). On May 6, 1997, the School was officially named the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management within the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
Offering undergraduate, graduate, and executive master’s degree programs, the Franklin L. Burns School is one of the largest schools within the Daniels College of Business and one of the only schools in the nation that combines real estate with construction management in an accredited business college.
