Find and channel the meaning for your business now and empower a legacy for future generations
In family business, we are often consistent on “what” we do–be it construction, development, finance and consumer goods through generations. Yet, the greatest risk both in business scaling and any significant transition is losing perspective on the deeper “why.” In this roundtable event, Jay Brenneman and Brandon Addison from VOCARE Advising will facilitate a robust conversation on the importance of aligning your family business around meaning and purpose that speaks beyond dated values or current cliches.
VOCARE Advising specializes in business-owning families and owners of closely-held businesses. We help businesses align themselves around the relationships and the purpose that matters most. We also teach founders, owners, families, leaders, and executive teams how to execute and integrate best business and family practices through developing essential skills like emotional intelligence, system thinking, differentiation, polarity management, and more. Come prepared to learn, ask questions, and assess where your family can make progress. This Roundtable is open to family members as well as advisors. Meaningful conversation, peer networking and happy hour included.
