Josh Cashman

Josh Cashman is a financial analyst and business owner with extensive experience in due diligence, business valuation, financial analysis, investment management, impact investing and regulatory compliance. He has spent his career advising clients on complex matters involving finance, valuation and mergers and acquisitions. He currently consults business owners on valuation and M&A transactions through PreMA Counsel and supports family offices and foundations on impact investment through a related practice iiiQ . Since 2024, Josh has devoted a significant portion of his professional research to collaborating with Tom Yeh and Ron Neufeld to develop an AI-driven quality of earnings solution focused on proof of cash within transaction advisory engagements. Their collaboration has resulted in the launch of QoEAgent , a technology-enabled service offering designed to enhance rigor and transparency in financial diligence.

Previously, Josh co-founded, operated, and sold two financial advisory firms (Intrinsic and Arcstone Partners), focused on valuation, due diligence and consulting in the context of M&A. He started his career in the investment sector at the TIAA Trust Company, providing financial and estate planning services while completing the University of Denver’s graduate evening law, finance, and MBA programs.
