Real Estate and the Built Environment Undergraduate Degrees

The Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at Daniels offers an undergraduate major and minor in real estate and the built environment (REBE). The curriculum provides students with an understanding of the full life cycle of the built environment and covers the full range of real estate, property development and construction project management you need to succeed in real estate development.

The degree culminates in an experiential learning residential practicum, where students form a home-building company with other students, choose a site, bid the project, obtain permits, manage construction, market and sell the property. In the commercial practicum, students work with a corporate developer to shape innovative, high-profile projects.

The Burns School awards financial aid from a variety of Endowed and Annual Scholarship funds. Learn more about available scholarships»
