Give NowThe Department of Business Ethics and Legal Studies at the Daniels College of Business has a mission: to prepare you to lead organizations effectively and with the judgment to do it wisely.

We're at the forefront of Daniels' early and enduring commitment to including courses in business ethics, corporate responsibility and global sustainability in the core business curriculum. Our courses provide you with an ethical framework to navigate complex and challenging business situations. You'll learn to identify and address the legal, political, financial, social and environmental consequences of personal, professional and corporate actions.
