Speaker Biographies
Jandel Allen-Davis, MD, is the president and CEO of Craig Hospital in Denver, a world-renowned rehabilitation hospital that exclusively specializes in neurorehabilitation and research for patients with spinal cord injury and brain injury. Prior to Craig, Allen-Davis was the vice president of government, external relations and research for Kaiser Permanente Colorado.
In that role, she led the organization’s government relations and regulatory affairs, community relations and community benefit investment, clinical and health services research, stakeholder engagement, communications, and advertising and marketing functions.
Allen-Davis is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and was in active practice for 25 years. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School, Allen-Davis completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Allen-Davis is an active participant in the community and currently serves on the boards of Denver Botanic Gardens, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, National Jewish Health, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and AdvanceEDU. She also serves on the Colorado Economic Development Commission and is a Denver Branch Director of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank Board of Governors. She enjoys gardening and hiking and is a fiber artist whose work has been displayed in several galleries over the years.
Heidi Cooley is the senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Crocs. She joined Crocs as the VP of global marketing in 2016 and became SVP and CMO in 2021. Under Heidi’s leadership, her team has ignited brand presence and transformation around the globe, and has driven a resurgence in brand relevance, consumer demand and shareholder value.
Cooley leads integrated global marketing campaign and communication strategies, creative, collaborations and partnerships, digital and social, and consumer insights.
Previously, Cooley served as vice president of marketing at Sports Authority. She is a member of the Playworks Colorado Board of Directors. A passionate leader, Cooley has a master of science in organizational leadership from Colorado State University Global and a bachelor of science in business management from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Los Angeles.
Jared Harding is vice president, executive producer and head of KSE Digital. He is a seasoned digital executive with over 16 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. He oversees all digital efforts for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, including the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Mammoth.
Throughout his career, Jared has helped leverage technology to enhance the fan experience, produce and develop digital platforms and products, and drive revenue growth for the organization. He is a sought-after speaker and panelist on topics related to consumer behavior, content strategy and digital transformation.
Outside of work, Jared is a devoted family man, with a beautiful wife, Rachael, and three wonderful girls, Emma (12), Lucy (9) and Josephine (7). In his spare time, Jared enjoys snowboarding and handstands, attending his daughters’ and wife’s dance performances, and traveling the world.
