From their Minneapolis-based headquarters to over 1,800 stores and more than 35 distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada, Target offers a world of possibilities. In an environment that will encourage you to innovate and contribute ideas, Target is a company always looking forward to what’s next. Explore the opportunity to become part of a team that has revolutionized retail, championed design and volunteered thousands of hours in its communities. Since 1946, Target has donated 5 percent of its profit through community grants and programs. Today that giving amounts to more than $4 million a week.

The Target Internship Program offers a realistic paid job preview into key positions within our stores, pharmacy, distribution and supply chain departments in the State of Colorado. Throughout the experience, each intern has the opportunity to work one-on-one with a mentor, learn about operations, engage with Target team members and leaders, focus on development and begin leading a business. While providing insight into one of the country’s biggest retailers, the program also focuses on providing additional opportunities to engage in problem solving, innovation, networking, community involvement, team connection and Target culture.

Undergraduate interns are eligible for a number of team member benefits, including a 10 percent store discount and discounts on a variety of other resources. In addition, you will receive access to a toll-free NurseLine, the Target Health & Wellness Portal and the Team Member LifeResources — a resource offering free support and information.
