Pre-Daniels Experience: Prior to starting my graduate degree at Daniels, I was an Account Manager and Business Development Analyst at Shell, and worked as a Production Improvement Leader at Johnson & Johnson.
Hobbies: I am a musician (saxophone, clarinet and bass). I love trekking and exploring new places. My goal is to visit all 50 states.

If you could tell your past-self one thing before you started grad school, what would it be?
Brush up on accounting and statistics because you will be stretched to the max during your studies.
What advice do you have for prospective students?
Although academic excellence is key, don’t forget to get involved in the community and gain some socially-engaging practical experience.
What is your favorite thing about living in Denver?
I love the diversity of people and attractions in Denver. I’m able to enjoy the big city as well as the beautiful mountains as my playground. I love trying out new restaurants and heading up to nearby parks to go hiking.
Why did you want to pursue a graduate business degree?
Since I have an engineering background, I wanted to learn a different approach to business and sustainability.
What has surprised you the most about business school?
The different perspectives in the classroom from both students and professors is certainly an eye-opening opportunity to learn about others and their respective approaches to life.
How have you evolved as a leader during your time at Daniels?
I’m learning how to speak up for myself and to defend my ideas without fear.
