Professional MBA (Part-time) ’21
Hometown: Jewett City, Connecticut
BS in Construction Management, Colorado State University; Coursework in Civil Engineering, University of Connecticut
Why did you choose Daniels?
I was looking for an MBA program that attracted the best and brightest business minds in the region. After surveying everybody in both my personal and professional networks the overwhelming consensus was that the Daniels College of Business stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Pre-grad school experience
I have been fortunate enough to be in leadership positions in large construction companies here on the Colorado Front Range for almost 10 years. I started in operational roles on prominent Denver projects like Denver Union Station redevelopment and smaller, but impactful, community investments like Levitt Pavilion at Ruby Hill Park, Great Outdoors Water Park and many others. Most recently, I’ve moved into business development roles and helped companies build and expand portfolio sectors, plan go-to-market and long-term strategies and innovate.
Post-grad school goal
With the refined business acumen developed at Daniels I plan to advance my growth toward the earlier stages of capital project development in addition to my work with startups. The overall goal is to continue the Daniels legacy and improve the region I love and live in.
Like most who are drawn to Colorado, I find the mountains beckon constantly. I’m spending my free time in the sprawling wildernesses and beautiful mountain towns through a myriad of outdoor activities by air or by hiking boot.
