Graduate Business Certificates
Stay Current, Expand Your Skills, Move Ahead
The Graduate Business Certificate (GBC) program enables individuals to take existing graduate level courses outside of a Daniels Master’s program.
For some, it is a first step toward pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree at Daniels as the classes can be applied toward those programs. For others, including Daniels alumni, it’s a way to refresh their education or pursue a specific business discipline in more depth.
SUGGESTED CERTIFICATES—OR YOU MAY CUSTOMIZE YOUR OWN
Foundations of Finance
Graduate Business Certificates (GBC) require 16 credit hours. You may take fewer than 16 credits, although you will not earn a certificate. A GBC is designed to be flexible to you. You can finish in as little as six months or more than a year depending on your schedule. You must have completed a bachelor’s degree to participate in the GBC program. Classes are held two evenings a week, typically following a Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday schedule. Limited daytime options are also available.
All GBC courses are fully transferable and may be applied toward pursuing a Daniels MBA or master’s degree.
$1,258 per credit hour
$5,032 per class
Tuition for Daniels College of Business graduate programs is based on a cost-per-credit hour set by the University of Denver. Residents and non-residents of Colorado have the same tuition costs.
