Will is the vice president and enterprise leader of the Fixed Income Sales & Service organization at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., which helps to serve both retail and institutional clients in a wide range of service, education, trading, operations and business development capacities.
Will, an 18-year fixed income veteran and in the financial services industry for over 20 years, served as an investment analyst and product specialist for asset managers and hedge funds specializing in high yield and distressed debt for most of his career before joining Schwab in 2011. Upon joining Schwab, he was a fixed income market director and provided education and guidance to clients and Schwab’s branch network on investments and opportunities in the fixed income markets. Will evolved his contributions to clients and Schwab within broader leadership roles beginning in 2014 as Managing Director of the Income Solutions Team and in 2016 as Vice President of Fixed Income.
Will earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Rollins College in 1997, his Masters of Business Administration degree in finance and management from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2003, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2016. Will and his wife Lindsey relocated to Denver in 2016 from his hometown of New York City, and he has been guest speaking and teaching as an affiliate professor at DU since 2018.
