Biography at a Glance
Todd Heskett founded Watermarq Consulting, a talent development company in 2001 and now serves as Managing Partner. He spent 15 years expanding the practice into New Zealand and the United Kingdom to better serve clients in over 40 countries. Todd’s focus is change management: helping organizations and individuals innovate through leadership, diversity and team performance. Todd is passionate about setting people up for success and considers himself a ‘serial people-development entrepreneur’ developing individuals throughout all stages of their career. He has written a book, Keep Your PIE Fresh, on helping mid-level managers understand the key drivers to creating greater success at work.
Todd’s background had him working in the UK for 14 years in corporate operations for global manufacturing and distribution businesses. Although his work has expanded beyond these sectors into finance and pharma, early in his career he held leadership positions including Director of Operations for Saint-Gobain and Operations Manager for Mohawk Industries.
In 2016, Todd joined the Board of Directors for the Women’s Bean Project and leads the Governance Committee driving future board changes aligned with organizational growth.
When Todd is not fostering careers and helping managers create success, he enjoys the rewards and challenges of international travel, bicycle touring, tele-skiing and enjoying the State’s parks and rivers with his family.
