Thomas Curran

Biography at a Glance

Mr. Thomas Curran is a native of Portage, Wisconsin, and attended the University of Denver from 2001 to 2006 graduating with a BSBA in Finance and MBA with a finance concentration.

Upon graduation in 2006, he joined Bank of the West in Denver as a Credit Analyst with the bank’s National Banking Division; a division focused on middle market lending. He specialized in Ski Resort and Energy Lending working on many recapitalizations and mergers and acquisitions within the intermountain west.

Curran left the banking industry in 2011 to focus on the energy industry and is currently employed as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis with Strad Energy Services’ US finance team. He focuses on budget/forecasting and strategic planning for Strad’s five product lines deployed in three core oil and natural gas producing areas inside the US:  the Bakken, the Rockies, and the Marcellus/Utica.

Curran resides in Denver, Colorado and outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, road biking and golfing.
