Why Daniels?

The MSAQF program is unique. It also has a STEM designation which meant that it was more technical than other MSF programs. I felt like my background and degree in information systems would help me do well in the program. This drew me to DU and the scholarship I received in the admissions process made my choice an easy one.

Undergraduate Institution & Degree

Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration—Management Information Systems & Finance, Washington State University

Hometown

Seattle, Washington

Pre-Grad School Experience

I entered Daniels straight out of my undergraduate degree, but I do have several internships under my belt, from technical project management with T-Mobile, to corporate finance with Healthcare Management Administrators, to stock analysis with Cougar Investment Fund.

Post Grad School Goal

I would like to find a role in the investments space, preferably in portfolio analytics where there is room to leverage big data.

Hobbies

In my free time I enjoy watching sports, playing basketball and golf, working out, and hanging out with my friends.
