Patricia Gladden, PhD, is an affiliate professor specializing in finance in the MBA@Denver program. She has over 15 years of experience in economics. She held academic positions at Louisiana State University and the University of Missouri. In addition, she worked as a research economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, working on the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth. Gladden also taught at Johns Hopkins University and at Washington University in St. Louis. Currently, she teaches at Maryville University as well as teaching online for the University of Denver.
Gladden has a PhD in economics from Northwestern University, where her dissertation focused on wage growth among less skilled workers. Her bachelor’s degree is from the University of Missouri—Columbia.
