Biography at a Glance

Kevin Cuthbert is the Assistant Dean of Executive Education and Assistant Professor of the Practice at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. Cuthbert is a talented and seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the human capital space. He has coached hundreds of executives, worked with executive teams to gain greater alignment and productivity and has designed and implemented award-winning leadership learning processes and organization change initiatives. He has worked across most major industries around the globe and brings a great deal of due diligence and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience. Most recently Cuthbert was the Chief Consulting Officer at Interaction Associates (IA). At IA he was responsible for the quality, growth and development of Interaction Associates’ 50 person Consulting Practice and Talent Network. Prior to IA Cuthbert served as the Chief Collaboration Officer for an executive development firm, the Senior Vice President of Swissotel, and a Senior Managing Consultant at the Gallup Organization. He is a co-author of “Lemonade, the Leader’s Guide to Resilience at Work.” During his tenure at the Gallup Organization, he contributed to the research and writing of the book, “First, Break all the Rules,” by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman.

Cuthbert holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, where he also served on the faculty. He has served on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards in the US and Switzerland. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys, music, golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.
