Jennifer Leitsch is adjunct faculty in the Daniels College of Business Denver MBA Program. She is co-teaching MBA 4446 Advanced Sustainability in Spring Quarter 2021.
Jennifer is vice president, corporate responsibility at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. She leads environmental sustainability strategy for CBRE’s operations and leads strategy for CBRE Cares, the company’s charitable giving and volunteering program. Jennifer leads the company’s corporate responsibility disclosure, including the annual Corporate Responsibility Report and responses to stakeholder inquiries regarding CBRE’s environmental, social and governance practices.
Jennifer has an MBA and MS in marketing from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Iowa. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential holder. Jennifer was trained by Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader.
Jennifer is on the board of directors for Global Compact Network USA, the local network chapter of the United Nations Global Compact. She is a member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Stakeholder Council, where she advises the GRI Board of Directors on strategic issues. She is also a member of the SASB Standards Advisory Group. Jennifer was named to the Environment + Energy Leader 100 in 2019 and the Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Leaders in both 2019 and 2020.
