Biography at a Glance

Diana Khoi Nguyen is an Teaching Assistant Professor in Management at the Daniels College of Business. She has spent over a decade managing communication at numerous organizations in various industries. In addition to working with established organizations such as Apple, Columbia University, and Parsons School of Design, to name a few, she is a PhD Candidate in English and Literary Arts at the University of Denver. With an MFA in Creative Writing, Diana is an award-winning poet whose debut collection, GHOST OF (Omnidawn, 2018), was selected by Terrance Hayes for the Omnidawn Open Contest. In addition to winning the 92Y “Discovery” / Boston Review Poetry Contest, she has published widely in many prestigious literary journals. Her current research explores the role language plays in refugee resilience and assimilation.
