Why did you choose Daniels
I chose Daniels because of its focus on experiential learning. As someone who is experienced in a non-business-related field, I wanted to not only get a high-quality business education but also gain targeted experiences around different topics I may not have seen before. It seemed like a great program to make a career pivot, and I wanted to take project management and oversight skills from one field and transfer them to another.
Previous Education
BA in international studies from American University in Washington, D.C.
Pre-Grad School Experience
For the past six years, I have been in nonprofit grantmaking in Washington, D.C., specifically focused on the former Soviet Union.
Post Grad School Goal
I am hoping to transition to a supply chain-focused career, with an emphasis on sustainability. Supply chains are part of every business everywhere and I want to be a part of that process and ensure businesses manage their supply chains effectively and sustainably.
Hobbies
I am a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain and avid sailor. I also love backpacking, cycling, day hiking and enjoying the great food Denver has to offer.
