Biography at a Glance

Asa Beck is an experienced executive in accounting, finance, operations and technology. In his professional role, he is a specialist in change management. The companies he assists fall into three areas: turnarounds (change or die), making the shift from the small entrepreneurial company to professionally managed, and preparing a company for sale.

Beck works with a company’s management to first analyze the organization, works with the team to lay out a plan and then executes with the management of the company. When necessary he parachutes executive talent in on a temporary basis and works with the company to see that the right permanent team is in place.


Experienced senior executive in companies from small to Fortune 500 companies serving both internally and on a contract basis in accounting, finance and technology. This includes turnarounds, organizational growth, transitions from entrepreneurial to professionally managed and driving rapid change.

Beck’s specialities include: private placement, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, operational metrics, leadership, financial systems, project management, CPA, business process, and business growth.
