This fall, Daniels made several organizational changes in an effort to better align College resources.
Paul Olk, PhD, was named associate dean of faculty, research and accreditation. He will help the College strengthen its research activities and lead all accreditation and related initiatives. As a function of this role, Dr. Olk will assume oversight of the College’s MS programs in coordination with the program chairs and directors. Dr. Olk the assistant dean of faculty, research and accreditation prior to his new role.
Daniel Connolly, PhD, was named senior associate dean of academic programs and will continue to provide leadership for the College’s undergraduate programs. In addition, Dr. Connolly will assume leadership for the Full-time MBA program and in the future, for all graduate admissions operations. Previously, Dr. Connolly was Daniels senior associate dean.
As assistant dean, David Cox, JD, will focus his efforts on the Full-time MBA program as the program undergoes a significant upgrade in the coming year. Previously, Dr. Cox was assistant dean of the Full-time MBA and graduate student operations.
Jennifer Park was named executive director of graduate admissions and academic services. She will provide guidance and leadership for graduate enrollment management, admissions, marketing and academic services. Previously, Park was the director of Daniels Office of Communications and Marketing.
Jessica Hanna was named assistant director of graduate admissions and will support all graduate management education admissions efforts. Prior to her new role, Hanna was a graduate admissions manager.
Doug Allen, PhD, was named executive director of the Office of Globalization. He will support the College’s international initiatives. Dr. Allen also serves as the director of the International MBA program.
Victoria Chen was named assistant director of the Office of Globalization to provide additional support for the College’s globalization efforts. Previously, Chen was the assistant director in the office of graduate admissions.
