Real Estate Certificate
Meet the challenges and maximize the opportunities of today’s real estate climate by expanding your knowledge of capital markets, LEED sustainable development, global perspectives in real estate and more. This certificate provides experienced professionals with invaluable knowledge to succeed in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments.
Property Development Certificate
Learn the latest in property and financial analysis, construction management and more from one of the top programs in the world. Designed for experienced professionals, this certificate provides a foundation of knowledge that can be built upon as technologies, market conditions and construction environments evolve and adapt.
Integrated Project Delivery Certificate
This certificate is for those with previous experience in construction management, architecture, engineering or other possible approved experience. This certificate provides in-depth information on project management, planning and cost controls.
The Executive Graduate Certificate in Real Estate and the Built Environment is designed for experienced professionals who wish to enhance an existing foundation in real estate, property development or integrated project delivery. The program is offered online and requires that you choose any four online courses (16 credits total).

The certificate courses may be applied toward the online Executive Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment, with an approved application.

Program Details

Graduate Business Certificates (GBC) require 16 credit hours. You may take fewer than 16 credits, although you will not earn a certificate. A GBC is designed to be flexible to you. You can finish in as little as six months or more than a year depending on your schedule. You must have completed a bachelor’s degree to participate in the GBC program. Classes are held two evenings a week, typically following a Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday schedule. Limited daytime options are also available.

All GBC courses are fully transferable and may be applied toward pursuing a Daniels MBA or master’s degree.


$1,320 per credit hour

$5,280 per class

Tuition for Daniels College of Business graduate programs is based on a cost-per-credit hour set by the University of Denver. Residents and non-residents of Colorado have the same tuition costs.
