One of the best places to dine in Denver will be at the University of Denver’s Knoebel School of Hospitality Management on May 15, 2013 when guest chef Aaron Woo from the Natural Selection restaurant in Portland, Ore. will direct the Contemporary Cuisine dinner.   Ranked as one of the foremost vegetarian chefs in the country, Woo is wowing diners (even proud carnivores) flocking to his restaurant.

Under Woo’s direction and supervision, the five-course dinner with wine pairings beginning at 6 p.m. ($70 per person) will be executed by the industry’s best up and coming professionals in the hospitality industry — University of Denver’s Fritz Knoebel students, and it promises to be one of the most innovative dinners in Denver.  All of the proceeds from this event will be invested directly back into the program and students so the School can continue to provide a “learn by doing” education.
