Being a franchisor comes with incredible responsibility for the brand, the franchisees and the customers of the network. This course will examine each of the stages a franchisor must go through as it develops a valued brand, a powerful network and a cadre of loyal customers along the way.
Prerequisite: Students must have taken the online course Introduction to Franchising before beginning the workshop.
Certified Franchise Executive CE credits: 16 CFE Education and 3 CFE Participation credits
