Networking is a key strategy for connecting with people who can provide you with information and advice about your career. At Daniels we have many ways to do this, including industry panels, company information sessions, meet & greets, the Daniels Executive Mentor Program, Voices of Experience and Career Fairs. Below are additional ways to expand your network:

Daniels Alumni Association—Discover the power of the Daniels Pioneer Network. Catch up with old friends, make new contacts and expand your skills. Daniels hosts events that foster alumni network and professional development including the Daniels Pioneer Connections networking nights, Daniels Nights at DU sporting events, the Snow Ball, Voices of Experience speaker series, Daniels Seminar Series, Marketing Roundtable and the Supply Chain Roundtable. Network After Work—Network After Work is comprised of 600,000 like-minded professionals from around the country. Events in Denver take place monthly and are for all industries and career levels interested in expanding their professional network and creating new business opportunities. Denver Business Series (DBS)—The DBS is a Colorado community of MBA/MS alumni from the world’s top business schools. It hosts events that bring together members for panels, and speakers who address current topics, best business practices and local issues. DBS also hosts networking socials, which give alumni an opportunity to get to know other business professionals in an informal setting. Denver Young Professionals—Denver Young Professionals is one of the largest networking groups in Colorado reaching over 35,000 YP’s in Denver. Serving as the place for YP’s in Denver to meet and learn about opportunities in Denver. Their social events are always held the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 6-8 pm.Only the location changes.
