Three University of Denver students may have created the next big thing in mobile apps.
The app is called PtchMe, and it allows roommates to split the shared costs of living together.
The app was created as part of the Madden Challenge put on by the Daniels College of Business. The competition selects five top teams out of more than 80 entries. Those five teams then present their business models to a group of investors.
The winning team receives funding for their app.
Right now, the app is still in development, but they plan to have it available soon.
**Editor’s Note: There is an app with an “i” in it that already exists, but it is not the same app. This particular app is still a prototype.**
