ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Mac ‘N Noodles is a food truck serving gourmet Mac ‘N Cheese throughout Denver. We opened our window for the first time May 24th, 2016 and it has been nothing short of an unpredictable whirlwind. Since inception we have opened and closed a Brick and Mortar a location in California’s Great America Theme Park and expanded to two other concepts – Capital City Wraps & The Colorado Pig Rig. We currently operate 4 trucks between the three concepts. In 2019 we hosted the inaugural Mac ‘N Cheese 5k and had our second year’s race canceled due to Covid in 2020. The pandemic was nothing short of a major learning experience and we look forward to 2021 and beyond.
