Vice President of RE/MAX to provide students with industry insight and experience 

The University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business today announced the appointment of Diana Fredericks of RE/MAX to be an Executive in Residence at the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management (Burns), beginning in the Spring quarter of 2013. The Daniels Executives in Residence program offers a strategic opportunity for working, semi-retired or retired business leaders to provide an in-depth complement to classroom learning. Executives in Residence share their own experiences in creating and managing successful enterprises in diverse fields to help educate ethical business leaders.

Diana Fredericks is Vice President of the Southwest Region at RE/MAX, the real estate industry leader with over 6,000 locations worldwide, and is responsible for franchise sales growth and strategy, including mergers and acquisition. For the Burns School, she will serve as a student mentor, participate as a guest lecturer in classrooms and in panel discussions, offer industry insight for Burns’ classes, and provide networking opportunities for students to learn more about areas of the industry and possible internships.

She also has in-depth experience in the area of national mergers and acquisitions to provide our students a much more sophisticated understanding of these complex transactions.”
