Graduate students from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business might have a home field advantage for this year’s Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge by NAIOP Colorado.

The RMREC pits CU students against University of Denver’s Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management graduate students, with the help of industry leaders, to come up with development ideas and analysis of the site.

“We are very excited about the project this year as it provides a wide variety of concepts for the students to consider and we feel is a manageable size for the students to undertake in the brief period of time the Challenge provides,” Morgan Lander, chairman of the NAIOP organizing committee, said in a release.
