Students considering a MS in real estate and construction management (MSRECM) from the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management have two options:

Traditional (MSRECM): An on-campus degree program that gives you the full range of real estate, financial and management skills you need to succeed in real estate development. It can be completed in one year full-time or 18-months part-time. The degree culminates in a residential or commercial practicum project in which you get hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate development.

Executive (XRECM): A flexible, online degree program designed for working professionals with at least 10 years of relevant work experience who want to progress in their corporate or entrepreneurial careers in real estate or construction management. Three intensive three-day courses in residence are required in addition to your online studies. It's designed to be followed at your own pace; it can be completed in as little as 18 months or up to five years.
