The Department of Management offers undergraduate bachelor of science in business administration majors and minors in management. The focus of these degrees is on the effective management of people--the most important resource in business. Students have the opportunity to study such areas as human resource management, organizational behavior, ethics, business planning, organizational communication systems, and problem identification and diagnosis.
The coursework has practical applications for general supervision and management, running a family business, and entrepreneurial endeavors.
