Scholarly Endeavors: Meet the 2014-2015 Taylor Scholars

February 27, 2015 |

The Taylor Endowed Scholarship supports Daniels undergraduate students who demonstrate financial need, with preference given to those of underrepresented populations. The scholarship was established by Andy Taylor (BSBA 1970), CEO of Enterprise Holdings—parent company of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car—and his wife, Barbara, whose generous support also helped make the Taylor Family Undergraduate Career Center possible.

Here are just a few of the students who represent the 2014-2015 class of Taylor Scholars. These students embody attributes that our namesake Bill Daniels would appreciate—determination, passion and ethical leadership:

“What I’ve enjoyed most so far about Daniels is the emphasis on collaboration that is prevalent in my classes. It’s really about this idea of applying what you learn.
