Pioneering Business Solutions in Information Technologies

November 07, 2011 |

Craig Jacko is a senior about to graduate with a double degree in Finance and Information Technology. His technological skills and knack for business became apparent at a young age; he began helping people program their cable and TiVo and fixing computer viruses at age sixteen. Craig went on to work as a salesperson at an Apple retail store, then was hired as a web developer for Hackett Security. Since then, he has gained the business of several other small companies, and he now plans to start his own software development company after graduation. Craig advises incoming students that, if they choose a major quickly and work within a graduation plan from the start, it is possible to graduate on time with multiple degrees. He also encourages students to take advantage of opportunities to study abroad.

Craig’s dedication to innovative business solutions and overall entrepreneurial spirit are what make him a great asset to the Daniels community. Thanks Craig, and congratulations on being our Pioneer of the Week!
