Biography At-a-Glance

Dr. Young joins Daniels from the College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Previously, she taught at Washington State University and Keuka College. Dr. Young researches the differences among employees working in high customer-contact hospitality organizations. Her latest project is on employee engagement.
