Mary Rhinehart has served as senior vice president and CFO of Johns Manville (JM) since April 2004. Previously, she was vice president of finance and administration for JM's Engineered Products group. Ms. Rhinehart has held numerous positions at JM. She was responsible for trading the company's precious metals; directing a variety of acquisition and divestiture activities; and overseeing compensation, benefits management, community relations, executive recruitment, and organizational planning and development. Ms. Rhinehart began her career at JM in 1979.

Ms. Rhinehart volunteers at Craig Hospital and is a past chair of its board. She helped grow JM's corporate philanthropy program and served for more than a decade as the head of the JM Fund, which provides grants to charities in which JM employees are actively involved. In 2008, Ms. Rhinehart was named CFO of the Year by the Denver Business Journal, a Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts Foundation, and was appointed to the board of directors of CoBiz Financial. She is a member of the Colorado International Women's Forum, and is a former board member of the Denver Chamber of Commerce and the Kempe Children's Foundation.

Ms. Rhinehart holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, and a BSBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
