Manage the recruitment function for the Fritz Knoebel School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, including interface with prospective students from inquiry to deposit. Lead academic advisor for the School.Assist with course scheduling, classroom usage, co-curricular activities, work experience, and internship and graduation requirements for HRTM.
