Trygve Myhren is president of Myhren Media, Inc., and a special limited partner of Megunticook Partners, LLC. Mr. Myhren previously served as president of The Providence Journal, a diversified media company. He was chairman and CEO of American Television and Communications Corporation (Time Warner Cable) and board chairman of the National Cable Television Association.

Mr. Myhren is the chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Denver. He is a trustee of the Denver Art Museum, the Colorado Forum and the National Cable Center and was appointed Team USA Chief of Mission for the 2006 Paralympic Games in Torino, Italy. Mr. Myhren is a member of the Cable Television Hall of Fame and received the Distinguished Vanguard Leadership Award in 1988. He co-founded the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing and six cable networks, including the Food Network. He is a past trustee of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation and has been elected to the Colorado Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame. He was a trustee of the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine, from which he received the 1996 Humanitarian Award for Southeastern New England.

Mr. Myhren holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a bachelor's degree in political science and philosophy from Dartmouth.
