Background
Randy has extensive experience in developing and managing successful business solutions in highly contested environments. He serves regularly as a court-appointed receiver, liquidating trustee, turnaround advisor, expert witness and mediator in distressed business situations.
He is a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and a Founding Fellow of the Redwood Think Tank (an invitation-only management forum assembled to study and formulates solutions to significant professional service firm management issues). He is a regular contributor to the professional education programs of the Turnaround Management Association and the Urban Land Institute. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Society of Corporate Governance Professionals.
He was a co-instructor of mediation and negotiation at the Stanford Law School, and is a guest lecturer on Receivership and Creditors? Rights issues.
