Biography At-a-Glance
Mark Lee Levine is a full professor and the director of the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the Daniels College of Business. He has been a real estate broker, attorney, investor and professor for more than 40 years, lecturing throughout the U.S. and internationally. He is a two time Fulbright Scholar to China, has written 52 books and over 300 articles. He has been at the University of Denver for over 35 years and holds certifications and licenses that include, among others, CCIM, CIPS, CLU, ChFC, CPM, CRB, CRE, CREA, CRS, SRS, GRI, MAI, FRICS, FIABCI, Cert. FIABCI, DREI and GAA.
Levine practices law and has traveled as an international delegation leader to dozens of locations throughout the world. He is one of the foremost experts in the U.S. on American and international real estate.

- Recipient of a 2nd Fulbright Grant in China. This covered international real estate, among other topics.
- Published new editions on multiple books, one of which has been published for over 35 years by the largest real estate/law/tax publisher in the world, Thomson West. The recent texts cover Real Estate Taxation; Real Estate Exchanges; and International Real Estate.
- Work completed on many international real estate matters, including leading international real estate delegations, speaking internationally, publishing in the field, and being named as the Dean of Education for the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), etc.
