Background and Experience:
Upon completion of his post graduate education, Rand served several years as a commissioned Army officer assigned to NSC Counter-Intelligence operations. His civilian career began as a finance analyst at Cummins Engine and progressed in positions of increasing responsibility. He subsequently served in operating and strategic officer positions at Gould, Inc, Pullman, Inc, and FMC Corporation; and, with then as a Consulting Managing Director/Partner of Callard-Madden, Braxton Associates, Deloitte Consulting, and currently CharterMast Partners. In each of these positions he focused on assisting the companies and/or clients achieve competitive superiority and create superior enterprise value.
