Biography at a Glance

Daniel Connolly is senior associate dean of the Daniels College of Business and an associate professor for the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management. Connolly joined the College in 2001 as an assistant professor with a joint appointment in the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management and the Department of Information Technology and Electronic Commerce. Previously, he held academic positions with Michigan State University, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Cornell University and Concord College. He received his PhD in 1999 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

When working with the media, Connolly is able to discuss the impact and use of information technology in the hospitality industry.
