Biography at a Glance

Robert C. Troccoli has been a member of the Invesco Funds Board since January of 2016. Robert serves as vice chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Compliance Committee. Robert is a retired KPMG senior partner. During Robert’s 39-year career, he was a founding member of KPMG’s Private Equity Group in New York City and a global lead partner for several large private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds. He also served as the lead audit partner on several large mutual funds and investment advisors and was an office managing partner. Robert served financial institutions, real estate, insurance, energy, and manufacturing companies.

Robert is currently an Adjunct Professor and Executive-in-Residence at the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business. Robert is teaching at the MBA and undergraduate levels, mentoring students, sharing professional connections with students and faculty, guest lecturing, and advising on curriculum.

Mr. Troccoli was the first recipient of the KPMG Chairman’s Award for Excellence in Community Service. In Denver, he served on the Mile High United Way Board and was Chairman of the Board of The Economic Club of Colorado. Robert also helped create and endow the “Troccoli” award at the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.

Robert received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Seton Hall University’s Graduate School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Bloomfield College in New Jersey. Robert is a licensed CPA in Colorado, Maine, and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
