Biography at a Glance
Gordon Yale is the principal of Yale & Company, a Denver-based forensic accounting and financial consulting firm specializing in securities fraud and professional negligence matters. He is also president of Yale Group, Inc., a boutique investment bank. Yale, a former securities analyst, has served as a special-investigative consultant to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the states of Colorado and Hawaii and as an expert for plaintiffs and defendants in many civil matters on behalf of institutional and other clients. Yale has written on accounting and auditing issues for business publications and professional journals, including Financial Executives International Research Foundation, American Banker, Colorado Lawyer and the American Bar Association’s Officer’s and Director’s Liability Law Journal. He has taught financial analysis to law enforcement agencies, lawyers and accountants and was an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, from 2003 through 2008, teaching forensic accounting.
