Biography at a Glance
Arkan Haile is a senior corporate counsel with NGL Energy Partners LP. He counsels or represents NGL in corporate, commercial and financial transactions; regulatory issues; litigation and disputes; and other legal matters that arise in the life of a publicly traded company. Previously he practiced with law firms in Denver and Washington, DC for nearly 15 years, including Kutak Rock LLP, Patton Boggs LLP and Gray Haile LLP, a firm he co-founded and managed for over six years (currently known as Burgher Gray Jaffe LLP). Before law school, he worked as a financial analyst for nearly two years, mostly with US West.
He has counseled private and public companies, in energy and other industries, in transactional and other matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings and compliance, corporate governance, operating and shareholder agreements, commercial agreements, loan and credit facilities, employment and consulting agreements, litigation and dispute resolution. In addition, as a former specialist in public finance, he has substantial experience in the issuance of tax-exempt bonds and financial transactions generally.
