Biography at a Glance

Originally from Michigan, Anthony brings over 4 years of experience working in refugee resettlement. Anthony is leading a collaborative relationship between the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management and the African Community Center – a refugee resettlement agency in Denver. Anthony served in the United States Peace Corps in Mongolia from 2011-2014.

Education

Graduated from the University of Michigan – Flint in 2008 with a degree in political science and a minor in technical writing.

Courses Taught at Daniels

Commercial Food Safety and Service Training for refugees. This program runs in tandem with Human Capital Management within Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management.

Hobbies/Interests

Supporting and interacting with refugees in metro Denver, Playing guitar, Attending concerts, Spikeball, Exercise, Experiencing the Colorado mountains via many forms of activity, welding, wood work and fixing up my home!
