Executive Mentor Program

This program matches graduate business students with experienced business executives who serve as coaches, teachers, facilitators and professional advocates for their mentees.

LEAD Mentor

LEAD (Learning by Example, Attaining Distinction) pairs hospitality industry professionals, directors and managers of highly successful companies with students to teach them more about the hospitality industry, meeting one-on-one regularly over the course of the academic year.

Secondary Admissions Interview

In September and April, alumni volunteers are needed to interview sophomores interested in majoring in business. Time commitment is a half-day.

Case Competition Judge

Volunteers with a minimum of five years of business experience are invited to judge business case competitions. Time commitment is a half-day.

Industry Career Consultant

Career Consultants volunteer their time to meet one-on-one with students at Daniels to offer them expert advice on personal branding, marketplace positioning, résumé drafting, interviews, internship and job search strategies, and networking.

Daniels Alumni Advisory Board and Committees

The Daniels Alumni Advisory Board and its committees support the College’s alumni engagement initiatives and work to strengthen the ties among alumni, current students and the College.

Chancellor Freshmen Dinners

Alumni are invited to attend dinners hosted by the Chancellor to welcome freshmen. Dinners are scheduled from September through November. Time commitment is one evening.
